If you’re anything like me, you crave pancakes and danishes and donuts in the morning. Heck, I’ve even been known to have a slice of pie for breakfast. But I know I need to try to eat healthier foods as often as possible. That’s a lot easier when its grab and go in the morning, and when it tastes delicious.
Which led me to make overnight oats that taste like pie!
I use these regularly for meal planning purposes. It’s an easy breakfast I can meal prep on a Sunday and have ready for several days! Plus, I use frozen fruit in these which means you can still eat them out of season and it keeps the cost down!
