It’s after Halloween, and I’m guilty of already thinking about Christmas. It’s hard not to considering the stores are already putting out the Black Friday adds and putting up the Christmas decorations. I haven’t started decorating or playing Christmas music yet, but I’ve definitely been dreaming up some recipes and cookie ideas. This White Christmas Punch is one of them. This white chocolate raspberry cake is another.
White Christmas is one of my favorite movies this time of year. It’s classic, and well Bing Crosby…need I say more? So I wanted to make a White Christmas recipe. I wanted something that was fun and pretty. But also the kind of punch that might have been served when the movie came out. (1954 for those wondering.) And I came up with this little beauty that is subtly sweet and creamy and of course gives you that snowy Christmas-y feel.
White Christmas Punch
Ingredients:
For Drink:
2 cup cream of coconut
2 cup pineapple juice
3 cups white cranberry juice
4 cups ice
For Glass Rims:
3 tablespoons corn syrup
½ cup shredded coconut
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Dip glass rims into corn syrup, then dip into shredded coconut.
Pour drink into glasses.
Garnish with more coconut and cranberries if desired.
Serve!
This recipe doesn’t include alcohol in order to keep it kid friendly for your parties, but you could easily add a few shots of rum or vodka to make this into a tasty adult beverage too!
So, what are your favorite Christmas movies?

I’m definitely already thinking about Christmas – I just love all the seasonal food and drink at this time of year and these white christmas punches sound delicious!
I’ve never heard of a white punch like this. It’s so festive! I love that you use white cranberry juice.
This sounds yummy. I will try this. Thanks for the recipe.
i dont blame you at all..i feel the same way esp when i see holiday commercials and all things green, red, and white everywhere.
HAHAH….seems like Christmas stuff was in the stores WAY before Halloween. I will admit I have ALMOST finished shopping!! Can you believe it?? As for the Christmas music…hubby did put in on one day. I was shooting a Christmas post…and not in the Christmas spirit (yet). Maybe if I had this drink while I was busy taking pics….it would have helped. Looks so pretty.
That drink looks to festive and fun! I can’t wait to try it!
These are so pretty and festive – I have to add this to my list!
This looks like such a festive drink! I’ll have mine with a shot of rum, please!
Yum! This sounds like a great drink, and it looks so pretty and festive!
Oh what a delicious sounding drink! I love shredded coconut, and this drink just reminds me of Christmas
These punch glasses look absolutely adorable! Love the rims, they look like snowflakes! Very Christmassy and I bet very delicious.
Silly question, but is cream of coconut the same as coconut cream?
Not a silly question! Cream of coconut is typically sweetened, while coconut cream is not. You can use coconut cream, you might just want to make sure you add a little sugar to get the sweetness factor back up.
Beautiful! I love the cranberries on top to give it a punch of color.
