Monster milkshakes are amazing. The S’mores ones are a personal favorite. But if you’re having a large party, you might be hoping for something a little more pint sized. Something bite-sized and easy on the eyes? These mini chocolate covered strawberry monster milkshakes are just the ticket. Speaking of can we bring back “just the ticket!” It’s such a fun little phrase. Where was I again? Oh yeah, strawberries. Chocolate. Parties.
Basically, these:

I used fresh strawberries in the milkshake and to top it off with. Strawberries in my neck of the woods are starting to taste amazing. That perfect fresh-from-the garden summery bright taste? I love it!

CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKES
You will need:
- 4 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 cup diced Strawberries
- 1 cup fresh Strawberries
- 1 cup Vanilla Frosting
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Syrup
- 1 Chocolate Bar
- few tbsp Chocolate Sprinkles/Jimmies
I used shot glasses for this purpose, but you could use any small-ish size glass. You’ll want to spread your vanilla frosting around the rim of each one and roll into your sprinkles. Then take your chocolate syrup and make a quick swirl on the inside of your glass, making sure a bit pools at the bottom.
Put the vanilla ice cream, diced strawberries and vanilla ice cream in large cup or pitcher. Use the immersion mixer to blend. Pour into each glass.
Top with a fresh strawberry and two pieces of chocolate.

Swirl some chocolate over the tops of them for extra drama:

Then they’ll start to look even more delicious.

Then serve! Or you could add a little booze to the mix for extra fun. A few drops of vodka, or even a vanilla flavored vodka could send this party treat over the top.
