Remember when you were a kid and chocolate milk was the best thing since PB&J’s without crust? I still fondly remember the chocolate milk that came in the tiny paper cartons at our school cafeteria. Well, my confession is I still love chocolate milk. Only now I drink a bit more of a grownup version. We jokingly refer to it as “adult chocolate milk” in our house. I’ve served it at a few get-togethers and its been popular. Its one of the smoothest and easiest to drink cocktails I’ve ever had, and it’s good in any season. It’s also yummy paired with cake or cookies.

CHOCOLATE MILK COCKTAIL
You will need:
- 6 cups Chocolate Milk
- 1 cup Kahlua
- 1/2 cup Cold Coffee
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pour all of the ingredients into a pitcher. Use a spoon to combine, or an immersion mixer to add a little froth. Chill for 1 hour, then serve. I added some fresh whipped cream to the top of mine. You could also rim the glass in jimmies or coconut flakes to make it extra pretty for a party.

Tips:
- I get the chocolate milk premade at the store. This kind always tastes richer, and it helps me skip a step.
- If you don’t want alcohol in yours, there is a kahlua brand coffee from Amazon: http://amzn.to/29LKDY0
- If you want an extra kick of flavor and to up the alcohol content, add 1/2 cup of vanilla vodka
